About us

Fundraising

Over many years your generosity has helped us provide a wide range of opportunities and activities for all students to broaden and enrich their education. You can see the impact in some of more recent projects below.

Currently, we are raising money for a new sports development at our Kingston site with our PLAY IT FORWARD campaign.

The new development will include:

  • New floodlit 3G pitch alongside our existing 3G pitch
  • New hard play area including netball court and spectator area
  • New long jump area
  • Relocation of cricket nets

How will this benefit the Tiffin community?

  • New sports facilities for students, Alumni and the wider community
  • Significantly improved recreation are for break and lunchtimes which will impact every student now and in future
  • Alternative sports area for when Grists is impacted by poor weather
  • New source of considerable long-term income for the School
Sixth Form Centre

We are so grateful to the Tiffin community for supporting us to build and furnish our fantastic, modern facility for the Tiffin Sixth Form.

The Sixth form Centre helps create a close-knit community where students can build friendships with peers who share similar academic and personal interests. The new Sixth Form Centre is also equipped with specialised facilities which creates an environment conducive to advanced learning, helping our exceptional students make the most of their  time at Tiffin.

The Tiffin School Gym and Fitness Centre

Many thanks to the Tiffin Community, for their donations enabling us to complete the wonderful facilities for the teaching of sport and fitness at Tiffin School. We have replaced the battered 1940s war-time ammunition store, which used to serve as a gym, with a modern gym, two fitness suites, changing areas and office space.

The building was officially declared open by Alec Stewart OBE, former Tiffin Pupil and former England and Surrey Cricket Captain. Due to Covid restrictions it was not possible to have a public opening, but if you click this link you will see a video of the event, filmed by some of our students.

The Tiffin School Dining Hall

I am delighted that, through the generosity of the Tiffin Community, we received enough donations to complete the building and it is now a vibrant part of the School. We have replaced the 1948 pre-cast concrete canteen with a superb kitchen and dining area, five additional classrooms and office spaces.
