Jack Petchey Awards – Spring Term Update

The Jack Petchey Foundation Awards recognise outstanding effort, commitment and positive contribution from young people across London and Essex. At Tiffin, students are nominated by their peers and staff, with winners selected each term by a student-led committee. Each award also includes a £300 grant for the recipient to spend on a school initiative that will benefit others.

This term, we received almost 200 nominations, reflecting the strength of contribution across the school community.

We are delighted to announce this term’s award recipients:

  • William in Year 9 for sustained contributions to Design & Technology
  • Isaac in Yr 13 for commitment to chess and strong academic endeavour
  • Shaurya in Yr 10 for KS3 mentoring and wider contributions to school life

Each recipient will now work with the school to decide how best to allocate their award grant.

Congratulations to all three students on this well-deserved recognition.
