Last weekend saw the Dave Morris Cup, marking the conclusion of the boys’ XV rugby season. All year groups took part in inter-squad fixtures, providing a fitting and competitive finale to an excellent term of rugby. Across the day, there was an impressive display of talent, teamwork and sportsmanship, made all the more special by the fantastic support from parents on the sidelines.
The senior boys’ fixture saw Year 12 take on Year 13, with the 13s emerging victorious in a highly competitive contest. Oscar R was named Man of the Match for his outstanding performance.
In the girls’ fixture, the Vice-Captains’ team claimed the win, with Salma standing out as the player of the match. Leah C was awarded New Joiner of the Term in recognition of her excellent contribution since joining the squad. Player of the Season awards for the senior sides will be presented later in the year at the Senior Sports Awards Ceremony.
The U16s rounded off a very successful season with a competitive and high-quality final fixture. Shriyans was deservedly named Man of the Match.

The U15s continue to build on an excellent season. The U15As still have fixtures to come in the National Bowl after January, while the U15Bs remain unbeaten throughout the season. In the Dave Morris Cup fixture, Jude was named Man of the Match.

The U14s finished their season with a closely contested As vs Bs match, showcasing the depth of talent across the year group. Arjun K earned Man of the Match.

The U13s completed another promising season in their second year at Tiffin. Saturday’s fixture was played in excellent spirit, with Shivansh named Man of the Match.

The U12s concluded their first season of Tiffin rugby and their first term at the school with a fiercely contested final fixture. Jemal H scored two tries and was deservedly named Man of the Match.

From first-year players to senior leaders, the commitment, improvement and sportsmanship shown throughout the term have been outstanding.
