Congratulations to Pancho who won the Surrey Cross Country Relay Championships with his team Hercules Wimbledon! Pancho was lucky enough to train with 2x Olympian and 2022 World Champion, Jake Wightman, on Wednesday, leading the sessions in the fastest group doing: 5x600m, 4x400m and 2x200m and then beating Jake in an 800m race, where he jogged a 2-minute flat 800m before Pancho ran the last leg of the 4x200m to get the edge over Jake coming over the line.
