The continued spell of good weather has allowed for a busy and productive week of sport across the school, with a number of fixtures taking place in a block against Dunottar School for our younger year groups, alongside several tournaments and midweek matches.
The girls’ rugby 7s team continued their outstanding season by winning the Judd 7s tournament. The team produced a series of impressive performances, overcoming The Judd School, Langley Park School , Sevenoaks School and Maidstone Grammar School on their way to lifting the trophy. Erin and Bella were the standout performers across the tournament.

The 1st XI travelled to Halliford School on Wednesday and secured a comfortable 4–2 victory, extending their impressive unbeaten run. Alex W delivered an excellent performance and was the standout player on the day.
The U16A football team produced an excellent 4–1 win at home against Emmanuel School, showing great character to come back from a goal down. Felix, Chinedum, and Naveed were particularly impressive. The U16Bs also enjoyed success, edging a tight contest 4–3, with Max P making a crucial late penalty save to secure the victory.
Earlier in the week, the U16 rugby side competed at the Orleans Park 7s, winning the tournament after claiming victory in all of their matches. While the performances were not always at their best, the team showed great composure to get the job done. Ethan F and Nyill were the standout players.

The U15As faced Dunottar School at Grist’s and were narrowly defeated 3–2 in a closely contested match. Ethan B was named Man of the Match, making several outstanding saves to keep the side in the game. The U15Bs enjoyed a very successful afternoon, securing a dominant 7–1 victory, with Yadaven and Thomas S producing brilliant performances.
The U14As claimed a tight 3–2 win away at Dunottar School, with Adam A excelling on the wings and Noah P scoring a brace. The U14Bs also enjoyed success with a 3–1 victory, thanks to goals from Simon and Atlas.
It was a particularly successful week for the U13As, who recorded two impressive victories. They began with a 10–0 win away at Dunottar School before following it up with a 2–1 home win against Sutton Grammar School. Tomas W and Freddie L stood out across the two fixtures. The U13Bs battled hard to secure a 1–1 draw, showing excellent determination and teamwork throughout the match.
The U12A and B teams faced Sutton Grammar School in a pair of highly competitive fixtures, narrowly losing by the odd goal in both matches. The U12Cs, however, enjoyed a fantastic result against Dunottar School, securing an emphatic 10–2 victory. Stefanos, Arthur T, and Nathan O were particularly impressive in an excellent team performance.
Overall, it has been another excellent week of sport, with strong performances, tournament success and impressive teamwork across all year groups.
