On Thursday 21st November, the new Year 9 Mental Health Ambassadors had the pleasure of going to The Kingston Academy and attending a mental health conference, along with other schools in Kingston. We looked at how to support our peers if they’re going through tough times mentally, and how to make sure we look after our own mental health. It was a very enjoyable and insightful experience, and we learnt a lot.
