On Monday 11th November 39 Year 9 Latinists enjoyed a day in Bath exploring the Roman Baths and naturally occurring thermal springs. During the course of the day the students had a teaching session with a local archaeologist in which they learnt more about the complex, deciphered Latin inscriptions and handled real 2000-year old Roman artefacts. They then toured the site and excellent Museum. I would like to thank Mx Bradley and Mr Brown for accompanying us and the students themselves for their interest, engagement and forbearance with the long journey!
