Congratulations to Pancho who ran the third and last leg of the South of England Cross-Country Championships at Wormwood Scrubs in a brilliant time of 9:24. The course was 3.15km and Pancho’s time moved his team from 4th to 1st, leading by 15s in the end. He reported that “it was a fantastic day out and I also spoke to Mrs Paulson (German teacher) as her daughter was racing, so I had a good speaking practice session after the win!”
