Athletics

We have a very successful athletics squad at Tiffin School. During the winter, training takes place indoors as boys prepare for the indoor sports hall athletics season. This also enables them to, develop skills for specific athletic events and build on their strength through plyometrics and circuit training. In 2005, 2006 and 2007 Tiffin School won the Kingston Sports Hall Athletics Championships.
